1. Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
2. Working on the implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
3. Working on the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
4. Handling the integration of data storage solutions such as MongoDB, Redis (key-value store), etc.
